To end the year, here a few interesting facts.
- I have downloaded 18355gb of data in the last year ( A rise due to Windows 10 )
- Approx 150060 updates in the last year ( less due to Windows 10 )
- Removed over 27400 virus's in the last year ( down on the year before )
- Answered over 1500 emails from customers ( up from last year )
- Answered over 2000 phone calls relating to my business ( up from last year )
- Destroyed about 90 laptops and desktops that had seen better days and beyond repair.
- The largest amount of photo's I had to back up before work could be carried out was a staggering 111000
- The largest collection of music I had to back up before working on the desktop was 330gb ( that's approx. 95000 music tracks )
- Over 20 unrecoverable hard drives ( up on last year )
- 17 missed appointments ( people not turning up to my office with no communication, down on last year by a huge number )
