My Windows 10 upgrade has crashed !

If you have attempted the Windows 10 upgrade and your computer is now in any of these situations.

• The screen is blank but the Pc is on.
• It has got stuck at % and has been for sometime.
• The upgrade was successful but now my printer / web cam etc does not work.
• If you are running Norton / Kapersky / Avira or Mcafee antivirus
• You have appeared to have lost all your data.
• Your email no longer responds.
• Dvd's no longer play.

Or any other error then please contact me. On no account turn off your PC if it is stuck in the middle of the Windows 10 upgrade.

Now taking booking's for the Windows 10 upgrade.

From W/C August 10th for two weeks ( NOW EXTENDED DUE TO DEMAND )  I am taking bookings for the FREE upgrade from Microsoft to Windows 10.

The process will require two visits in the same day. One in the morning to start the process off and the other one in the afternoon to complete the upgrade.

I am happy to work on more than computer at any one time but they must all be available at the same time.

I am charging a set fee for this upgrade as follows.

If your laptop or Pc desktop is dropped off to me in my office in the morning, it will be complete the same day and providing you collect it will be a set price of £40.00 for one or £60.00 for two. This also includes a mini service and junk removal.

For me to visit you in your home offering you the same details as above is £50.00 for one machine or £70.00 for two.

Outside of Hadleigh fee's will vary depending upon distance.
