Windows 10 Update.
You should have this Windows icon now showing at the bottom right hand corner of your screen as shown.
If you have not done so already, simply click on the icon and RESERVE your free Windows 10 upgrade. It will be released July 29th. Please remember, you do not have to upgrade even if you have reserved it. Please refer to details below.
As you have probably read Microsoft are to offer a free upgrade to Windows 10 within a year from launch. If you qualify for the free upgrade, details can be found here.

However, here are some tips if you decide to take up the offer.
- Ensure everything on your computer is backed up on an external device
- Allow 2 - 5 hours to complete the upgrade
- Ensure you have any driver disc's including printer drivers etc
- Is your email system a web based system
- Remember, IE will be withdrawn in Windows 10 and replaced
- Ensure you make a note of the COA code issued when you upgrade
- Remove any virus or firewall programme what IS NOT a Microsoft product
